It is always a great idea to prepare any shrimp salad of your choice ahead of time. Make sure you cut all the ingredients like eggs and avocados and store them in a refrigerator to keep them fresh. To give your salad the extra taste, you will want to put in some lemon juice to your salad dressing to give it the greenish veggie sour taste. Of course, this is just a guideline because you can always replace shrimp with chicken, egg with tofu and of course, avocado with black beans.
