There’s more than just one matchmaker service online these days meaning there was, still is, a site called matchmaker and it was thanks to the entrepreneurship of the creator of matchmaker dot com that we have so many options now for meeting Mr or Mrs Right on the internet.

Not all sites are equal though. In fact many of the free matchmaking websites are so poor in design and functionality that they are more hassle than they’re worth. There’s little point in using a free website if it costs you heaps of time and frustration trying to get any value out of it.

Although there are some great free dating websites they are still a far cry from those projects that charge a nominal fee for membership. These fee-based sites have more serious members than pranksters, and what’s more they have so much more in the way of interactive bells and whistles which in really do enhance the online matchmaking experience.
